With each breath, this energy goes deeper into your body, filling you with vitality and strength.<\/p>\n<p>As you exhale, spread this energy throughout your body. You feel it flowing into your hands, into your head, into every finger. Imagine that your body acts as a channel through which the energy of the Earth passes. This heavenly energy is light, clean and fresh. With every breath you draw it into the branches and with your exhalation you let it flow through your whole body.<\/p>\n<h3>Connecting the energy of earth and Heaven<\/h3>\n<p>By receiving energy from both Earth and Heaven, you allow the two energies to come together and create balance in the body. <strong>Mindfulness<\/strong> in this exercise is being fully aware of the connection between these two sources of energy. Each inhale connects you to the heavenly energy, and each exhale sends this energy to the roots where it connects with the earth energy.
