I have completed a series of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses and the Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP \u2013 focused on communication) with both Czech and international teachers. I completed MBSR teacher training in Germany under the guidance of an international team of instructors, conducted in English. I regularly return to the Bodhi Zendo Zen center in India, where I practice Zen and work on Koans. Each year, I also spend a week in darkness meditation. During the course, a person will learn various techniques and tools, which he can then simply practice in everyday life and choose the ones that will suit him and help him the most. It was a (positive) departure from the comfort zone and a lot of experimentation with a new world view. Together with a great lecturer, it was a combination that made the invested time and effort pay off many times over. For example, one of the most important skills for me that I have improved thanks to the course is to observe and accommodate my body. I have completed a series of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses and the Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP \\u2013 focused on communication) with both Czech and international teachers. I completed MBSR teacher training in Germany under the guidance of an international team of instructors, conducted in English. I regularly return to the Bodhi Zendo Zen center in India, where I practice Zen and work on Koans. Each year, I also spend a week in darkness meditation. Currently, I teach MBSR courses and other mindfulness techniques at Seznam.cz, where I am currently
