Likewise, there is no need to be afraid of silence, during the retreat we remain each with ourselves, but at the same time we are here together. I have completed MBSR teacher training in Germany. I regularly return to the B\u00f3dhi Zendo meditation center in India, where I devote myself to a more intensive practice of Zen meditation.
