And with this feeling, my journey to learn mindfulness began.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Prvek_o_me.png\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Prvek_o_me.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>I completed a series of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP \u2013 focused on communication) courses with Czech and foreign lecturers, which enabled me to gain in-depth knowledge of mindfulness practice. I completed the MBSR teachers training in Germany under the guidance of an international team of lecturers, the entire training was conducted in English. In addition, I regularly visit the Bodhi Zendo Zen Center in India, where I engage in intensive Zen practice and work on the k<span title=\"Japanese-language romanization\">\u014d<\/span>ans. Every year I also treat myself to a week-long retreat in the dark, which allows me to deepen my connection to my inner self and personal growth.
