It is an eight-week program focused on stress management and mindfulness development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is the course suitable for beginners?<\/strong> Yes, the course is suitable for both beginners and those who have experience with meditation or mindfulness. The program gradually guides participants from the basics to deeper techniques<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much time do I need to dedicate to the course?<\/strong> The course includes eight weekly sessions, each lasting approximately 2.5 hours, and one full-day retreat. I have completed MBSR teacher training in Germany. I regularly return to the B\u00f3dhi Zendo meditation center in India, where I devote myself to a more intensive practice of Zen meditation.
