About me
Mindfulness, for me, fundamentally means a sense of safety and the experience that everything is perfectly okay just as it is in the present moment. I have completed a series of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses and the Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP – focused on communication) with both Czech and international teachers. I completed MBSR teacher training in Germany under the guidance of an international team of instructors, conducted in English. I regularly return to the Bodhi Zendo Zen center in India, where I practice Zen and work on Koans. Each year, I also spend a week in darkness meditation. Currently, I teach MBSR courses and other mindfulness techniques at Seznam.cz, where I am currently employed.
